Members

We collect the following personal data from members when they join The Pantoloons: name, address, telephone number(s) and email address if available.  This information is retained on file as part of a Membership Directory, only available to members.  The information is used for communications purposes only and is not shared with any third parties.  We will use your information to send you newsletters, letters or emails to give you details of general meetings, shows, rehearsals, auditions and similar events that are likely to be of interest to you.

Your name and photograph may appear in our show programmes, rehearsal/publicity photos and our newsletters.  For members taking part in productions, we may also take your photograph and ask you for your biography, and also take photos during rehearsals which may appear on our website.  Any data which appears in our programmes or on our website are available to all and are thus public documents.

We will retain this information indefinitely even after you cease to be an active member, in case you rejoin in the future.  If you are leaving The Pantoloons, you can request that your personal data be deleted from our database by contacting the Secretary (see below).

We collect the following personal data from customers when they complete a form to go on our mailing list: name, address, telephone number(s) and email address if available.  By completing the form the customer consents to this information being retained on file for the purpose of the mailing list.  The information is used for communication purposes only and is not shared with any third parties.

The information is deleted at the request of the customer or 3 years after the last purchase of tickets.

Box Office

We collect the following personal data from customers when they purchase tickets either by phone, post or online: name, address, telephone number(s) and email address if available.  This information is used for administrative purposes and is shared with TicketSource who manage the booking system online.

Customers are also asked if they would like to be added to the mailing list and to be informed about future production.  By ticking the box on the Online Booking form agreeing to receive information about future Pantoloons shows, customers are consenting to their data being held for this purpose.  Where customers have not thus consented their data will be deleted after the event has finished.
